A lobby or bar wall runs effectively 24/7. Sealed glass cavities and LEDs are a thermal challenge — here is how we design for continuous duty so brightness and color hold over years, not weeks.

Thermal paths, not just LEDs

We treat the aluminum frame and back panel as heat sinks, giving the LEDs a documented path to conduct heat out of the cavity. Strip selection, current, and mounting are chosen for a target case temperature rather than for maximum brightness on a spec sheet.

Running quality LEDs a little below their limit is one of the cheapest ways to buy years of stable output — we would rather deliver a wall that holds its look than one that peaks bright and fades.

Driver placement and access

Concealed, serviceable driver and mounting access behind an infinity feature wall

Drivers generate their own heat and are the most likely component to need service, so we place them where they can shed heat and be reached without dismantling the illusion. On feature walls that means a concealed but serviceable access path documented in the shop drawings.

Spare-driver ratios and labeled components make replacement a quick swap for facilities teams instead of a callback to the factory.
