Multi-location · infinity logo rollout
Multi-site brand program

A brand rolling infinity logo signs across many locations needed every unit to match and every shipment to clear customs. We ran the program to a locked optical standard with golden samples, serialized QC, and market-split BOMs so a logo installed in one city looks identical to the next.
Consistency at scale
Rollouts fail when unit-to-unit depth and color drift, so we manufacture to a locked optical and structural standard and approve golden samples before volume. Every unit ships against the same spec with serialized QC checkpoints.
This is a procurement-led engagement: the buyer cares about repeatability, documentation, and landed cost as much as the effect itself.

Paperwork that ships
BOMs are split by market so units follow UL/NEC or CE electrical paths with the component evidence partners need, and packing is standardized with spare-part kits for site replacements.
Revision control and PO-aligned documentation keep dozens of units and future reorders traceable over the life of the program.

Specification notes
Target markets, volume, and site conditions shape the sampling and BOM approach. We respond with a sampling plan, per-market electrical path, and packing and spares strategy.
